Bootcamp at V2V

We at V2V Community Church believe that a healthy body is just as important as a healthy mind therefore we take fitness seriously.

Every Sunday after service we have our bootcamp training hosted by a professional fitness trainer.

The bootcamp is not a substitute for healthy eating but rather is there to compliment a healthy diet, ignite or reignite a passion for keeping fit and give you ideas of different training and work out plans that you can implement each day at home or in the gym.

Exercise will help you lose weight, maintain weight and more importantly keep fit.

Regular exercise is also known to help combat the risk of some certain diseases such as high blood pressure and obesity.

We all want to live a long and healthy life and we believe by applying what we learn in the bootcamp sessions into our lifestyles we can achieve that goal.

Most importantly God has blessed us with a body so as good custodians we should take care of what He has given us.

1 Corinthians 6:19 tells us that our ‘body is a temple’, every temple should be maintained to the highest standard!

We invite all members of the church to participate in the bootcamp sessions and for those that say they can’t they are reminded that we can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).
